Refunds
We only offer refunds for items that are damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund due to damage, you must provide proof of the damage, such as clear photographs or videos of the damaged item.

Once we receive your item and verify the damage, we will initiate the refund process.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
